Service and Business Model Innovation

The aim was to recognize the market needs and industry main points in order to find a digital business model for the company that also has synergies with its internal capabilities and the innovative overall concept.
My role as a service designer was focused on field research: I conducted many interviews with various players from the logistics industry. Based on the synthesis of the research, I helped to find innovative services, create service blueprints and find a business and implementation strategy for the company for a certain time horizon. Finally, I helped to create a short film that served as a communication tool towards the Board of Directors.
