Being a User Researcher in an agile product development team!

In my role as user researcher, I conducted many interviews with dispatchers (the future users of the product). My task was to find the individual features of the product accordingly and to define the requirements in concrete terms. I also created wireframes, which in turn helped the UI designers to better understand the functionalities of the features.
